SHIPPING + ORDER POLICY

Our cookies are shipped express nationwide via UPS or FEDEX (additional fees to Hawaii, Alaska + Puerto Rico may apply).
We currently do not ship internationally or to POB/AP/FBO Addresses.

Your order is freshly baked the day it ships out to you, please allow 1-2 days to process your order and 1-2 days of transit time. We ship Monday - Thursday. If your order cannot reach you before the weekend we place it on the first bake rotation on Monday morning for same day ship out.

Orders placed after 1pm will be placed on our next day bake rotation + shipping schedule.

We are unable to cancel any orders once a tracking number has been generated for the order.

The Sprouted Coop is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, return of orders if recipient is unavailable to receive package, delays in transit due to unexpected weather conditions and/or UPS/FEDEX delays due to high volume, weather conditions or staffing shortages.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date and time.

REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the perishable nature of our products.

If your order is received in damaged condition please email us at info.thesproutedcoop@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will need photographs of both the product and shipping box as well as a detailed description of the damages.
